Contraindications

• Do not use the material:
• On preparations with a minimum wall thickness of < 1.5 mm
• On tooth cores with a height of < 3 mm
• In cases of allergies to any of the ingredients or, as can occur in rare cases, in the event of contact allergies.

Semi-permanent & fast

In its role as a semi-permanent crown and bridge material, LuxaCrown bridges the gap between simple temporary provisionals and permanent dental prostheses with its significant requirements in terms of strength, durability and esthetics.

In-vitro studies into the relevant mechanical properties such as resistance to abrasion, fracture toughness and flexural strength have demonstrated the outstanding mechanical strength of the material.
Longevity has estimated by standardized chewing and wear simulation combined with artificial aging. These results suggest survival rates up to five years. (Long-term studies are currently underway.) Healthy tooth substance is preserved.
